bolttech has decided to revamp its core technology and processes by investing in Sapiens’ platforms IDITSuite and Sapiens Intelligence. The new systems will replace the ones currently employed by its Hong Kong general business and will look to leverage improved automation and standardisation as well as offer global oversight on policies, risk exposures and data.
The insurtech is looking to reduce its annual infrastructure total cost of ownership and boost scalability and performance.
